Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro station, Maison Blanche (lines 7 and 14), is just a 4-minute walk. The station Porte de Choisy (line 7) is in 6 minutes. The tram station, Porte de Choisy (line T3a), is 7 minutes away. Paris Orly Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive from the property. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20.

Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents.

A deposit will also be required. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Welcome to my 30m² apartment on the 4th floor at the 13th Arrondissement.

It can comfortably accommodate two people with its bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.  Ideally located minutes from the metro and tram station, you can enjoy a quiet stay in Paris. Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 4th floor without a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 30m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Please note that this apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. This apartment has an open floor plan.

The living room features a large sofa and a TV for watching your favourite shows. There's also a working space, perfect for those working remotely.

You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including a hair dryer, towels, a towel dryer and complimentary toiletries.

The WCs are separate. A smoke detector is installed for your safety. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!
