Located 17 km from Lourdes, in the village of Artalens, balcony overlooking the Argelès-Gazost valley at an altitude of 850 meters and close to the Hautacam ski resort, our gîtes welcome you all year round during the week or on weekends. The living room and lounge with HD television on ASTRA satellite, an insert fireplace, an armchair and a convertible sofa Kitchen equipped with complete crockery for 6 people, mixed cooking plates, citrus press. Upstairs, two attic bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed and another with two 90 cm beds. Each bed has a duvet and two blankets, a bolster and a 60 x 60 pillow. Bathroom with shower cubicle, washing machine, towel dryer and vanity unit with storage The toilets are independent Outside: a private terrace with garden furniture, parasol, stone barbecue, games for children (swings, slide, etc.) and private parking spaces. The cottage also has various equipment: satellite television on Astra, free WiFi, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, electric convectors... The surface area of the gîte is 62.50 m² on the ground, including 48.40 m² on the square. Free WIFI. Bed linen rental: € 8 per bed / change. Full linen rental: € 11 per person / change (sheets, towels, kitchen and table linen) Charges: The rental price includes the consumption of water, gas (stove) as well as an electricity package of 60 kW.h per week (equivalent to 15 €).

Consumption beyond the package is billed at the current EDF rate without any surcharge. We sell wood on site at cost price of 16 € per 120-liter container (net price purchased at Carrefour Marché or Leroy Merlin). The deposit, like any deposit, is retained by the owner.

The balance, paid on the day of arrival, is due in the event of cancellation less than a month before arrival at the gîte. Cancellation insurance is offered upon signature of the contract.

If we re-let after cancellation and the tenants have not taken out cancellation insurance, we will reimburse, on a commercial basis, all sums collected, down payment and balance, up to the amount of the re-rental.
