This modern and stylish 2 bedroom apartment is set within the brand new Icona development in the heart of York. The property has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay in a home away from home, including a fully equipped kitchen/open plan living area, 2 modern and clean bathrooms with toiletries and towels provided, 2 comfortable double bedrooms and high speed Wifi throughout. The location is very central, which means the city and most of it's attractions can be easily explored on foot.
The contemporary interior has been finished to a very high standard and features comfortable furnishings and modern fixtures and fittings. The floor to ceiling windows let natural light shine through the flat and add to the spacious feeling throughout. The large open plan living space features a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need to get creative with cooking from home, stylish sofas and a SMART TV. From here you can also access the large balcony - perfect for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The spacious bedrooms feature comfortable double beds with crisp hotel linen and storage space for clothes. There are 2 modern bathrooms with showers (and 1 bath), toilets and sinks as well as complimentary toiletries and fresh towels for your use. Guests also benefit from access to the communal gym in the building opposite. The building is very safe, with a dedicated concierge and 24/7 CCTV in communal areas.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay.
Hairdryer, vacuum, iron and ironing board are available.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.

A 5 minute walk from York city centre. The city has a huge variety of bars and restaurants as well as countless historical attractions to explore. There is also a range of shops and cafes on the same road and a large supermarket with petrol station around the corner for your convenience.
Being so centrally located, you are in walking distance of most areas of the city. If you don't fancy the walk there are local bus services leaving from the main road around the corner. York train station has access to all major UK stations and is just a short bus/taxi ride away.
