You'll be staying in Montferrer, a village in the Upper Vallespir region, prized for its open landscapes and authentic atmosphere.
From the gîte, you can easily access the walking trail leading to the ruins of the feudal castle, an iconic site offering magnificent panoramic views over the valley.
Other trails start from the village, allowing you to reach the Pic de la Souque or the viewpoint, where the view stretches from the deep forests to the peaks of the Canigou mountain.
Exploring the surrounding area, you'll also discover the old Saint-Ferréol road, a peaceful route popular with walkers.
Less than an hour away, Céret invites you to stroll through its narrow streets and visit its Museum of Modern Art, while Prats-de-Mollo-la-Preste reveals its fortifications and Catalan traditions.
For a seaside getaway, Collioure or Argelès-sur-Mer are easily accessible.
The single-story gîte offers a simple and comfortable layout to accommodate up to seven people.

Superbe gîte, très clair et très propre. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Il est très confortable et l'on s'y sent comme chez soi. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants tout en restant très discrets. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, ajouter à cela le calme et le confort, tout y était.

Superbe séjour, dans un lieu de rêve, avec une vue absolument superbe à 180°. La maison n'est pas exceptionnelle, mais la qualité de l'environnement et des prestations, la piscine magnifique et l'accueil de la propriétaire mérite du 5 étoiles partout. Bravo et merci à vous.

Une vue sans égal sur une nature préservée débutait chaque journée au calmedans la montagne. La piscine idéalement chauffée a fait le bonheur des petits et grands. Des ballades et des découvertes patrimoniales à profusion.Merci aux propriétaires pour leur excellent accueil.Nous reviendrons !
