It can accommodate up to 7 people and all the necessary amenities so you do not miss your home. The accommodation has a maximum capacity of 7 guests. It consists of three bedrooms: a bedroom with two single beds.
A second bedroom with a double bed and the third with a double bed and a single bed.
The latter has its own bathroom. There is also another full bathroom (you must be careful with the height of the shower) making a total of two bathrooms in the penthouse. The kitchen is totlamnete equipped with all the necessary electrodomesticos. Guests have access to the entire property. The services included are bed linen, towels, hand soap, gel and shampoo, toilet and kitchen paper, Italian coffee and coffee maker, disinfected cleaning kit and all necessary kitchen utensils and utensils. It is located one minute from the Alameda de Cervantes, and very close to the Plaza Mayor and the Plaza de Toros de Soria. These places are only 1-5 minutes walk away. If you want to visit places outside the center of Soria, we recommend taking a vehicle, since public transport within the city is not necessary. The apartment has very good connections.
If you arrive by train or bus, there is easy access to the apartment. The closest bus stops to the accommodation are the following: - Plaza Mariano Granados (120 m from de accomodation) - San Benito/Plaza de toros, line 3 ( 300m) Beautiful penthouse with fully modern interior and suitable with all the basic needs for a unique and pleasant stay. Comfortable apartment with dimensions of 96 square meters, Distribution of the places: 1.Bedroom with two single beds 2.Bedroom with a double bed 3.Bedroom with double bed and indivdual bed, with own bathroom You should be careful with the height, which in some areas the ceiling is steeper or lower. Pay special attention to the height of the shower. There are 3 fans; one in each bedroom. Extra guest after check-in 60€/day. The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest. Pets are NOT allowed.
Non-compliance will have a penalty of 250 euros. No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation. Smoking is not permitted.
It will carry a penalty of 150 euros. The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected. Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties. It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you. Damage to the following amenities will cost: 10 € small towels 20 € large towels 10 € sheets 30 € duvet cover In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros. The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros. Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit. The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve. We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
