Welcome to our beautiful house in York.
We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home.
The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.
Staying here allows you access to the private garden.
Oh, and it’s pet-friendly too! As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television, internet access and a music player.
This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6 adults.
In the first bedroom, you will find a mezzanine king bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a king bed.
The third bedroom contains a zip and link bed.
Please add in the notes on booking if your require a king or twins There is additional sleeping space in the house, comprising a double sofa bed in the mezzanine bedroom for family There are 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet.
The first bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The next bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
Linen, towels and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
The 3rd bedroom is set as a king bed.
If you require this to be split into a twin please let us know before your stay.
Also sofa bedding is available upon request.
House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There is no parking available at the property. - No parties at the property, such as Stag and Hens. - We ask that you respect our neighbor's while visiting the property. - We ask that you keep the noise in the courtyard to a minimum and non at all after 10pm. - Waste is to be taken to the blue bins and separated as landfill and recycling. - A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use. - Pets are allowed at the property.
We will also with enough notice try to accommodate if you require any special requirements i.e. birthday decorations, flowers chocolates, etc please message beforehand to arrange.
Ob obviously, these will be charged accordingly.

Free parking just short walk
Faulty flush in down stairs toilet
Space and climb to mezzanine bed but again was worth it

We had a lot of space, it was great for our group. The cinema room was amazing and the sofas were incredibly comfortable. The beds were also great to sleep in. And the little road next to the river was a pleasure to use to go towards the city!
The lack of a bathroom on the first floor was a bit annoying, we also didn't find a glass bin. But that's all I can find.

I have given this 5 stars. The home was amazing and ticked a lot of boxes. Proximity to york, being adjacent to the river. Despite being no parking this was easily found 1 min away from the house. We did have a problem with the hob there was a lock that wouldnt unlock. The owner replied when i aske...
