Enjoy this fantastic getaway in the heart of the picturesque Costa Dorada! A spacious yard surrounding the villa has a private pool (5m by 9m, minimum 0.9m deep, 2.2m deep maximum), lounge furniture, and breathtaking views of sunny Spain.
Relax with a coffee con leche on your private deck before heading to the private pool and later enjoy a lunch by the outdoor BBQ. In this charming beachfront villa, enjoy a colorful living room with comfortable sofas, a TV, a DVD player, stereo, games and books.
Just inside the terrace is a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals using the stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, dishwasher, and more.
Dine on your home cooked meal in the kitchen or at the dining table. Four rooms accommodate 8 people comfortably in the following arrangements: (1) a large double bed (150x200cm) with a bathroom, (2) two single beds (100x200cm), (3) two single beds (100x200cm) , (4) a double bed (130x200cm) Distances: Beach: 2 km Barcelona: 60 km Supermarket: 1 km Shops: 2,5 km Restaurant: 1 km Train Station: 2,5 km Pool size: 5m x 8m License number: HUTT-008468391 ----------------------------------------------- Catalunya Casas specializes in renting family villas, carefully selected and managed exclusively (with pools and gardens!) Our vacation rentals are close enough to the tourist sites to enjoy all the benefits that these places have to offer, but far enough off the beaten track where our guests have the opportunity to enjoy the true Catalonia / Spain. Please note that we offer a variety of optional services for your convenience and vacation enjoyment.
Below are just a few options that can be booked for an additional supplement after your reservation is confirmed: In-villa catering (paella, tapas, Spanish BBQ) Flamenco lessons In-villa tastings of local cheeses, wines, cavas, chocolate, deli meats Airport transfer Car rental Towels and linens (these are not included in your reservation fee and are charged at 10 euros per person per linens set, and 5 euros per person per set of towels) Early check-in: 20 euros per hour before 17h (for stays of over 3 nights) Late check-out: 20 euros per hour after 10h (for stays of over 3 nights Excursions / tours Massage Horse riding Air conditioning/Heating (if available). Cot/high chair Welcome pack (filled with delicious local products) Please feel free to ask for more information on any of the above! ----------------------------------------------- * Tourism tax: 2,00 euro per person over 16 years old, per night. * Air conditioning (in the living room and the master bedroom) is available for this property for an additional fee. Beautiful villa, perfect for relaxation. Very spacious, fully equipped, really nice garden with a perfectly clean swimming pool. We had a fantastic time here, absolutely recommended.
